Every detail was intentional. Ground-floor balcony screening provides privacy while maintaining a strong relationship to shared outdoor spaces. Increased soil depth over slab allows trees and planting to thrive, creating a healthier, more resilient landscape over time.

The fourth-floor amenity terrace offers a private retreat for residents, with a lap pool, fire feature, trellis, BBQs, and carefully selected furnishings. Textured pavers add rhythm and warmth, grounding the space and creating a cohesive, welcoming atmosphere.
