Our clients wanted a landscape that was both functional and enjoyable, but the approvals process felt overwhelming. Situated beside a city-owned park and surrounded by mature trees, the property required careful coordination to move forward.

We simplified the process by preparing a comprehensive design and drawing set that secured both building and pool permits, allowing the project to proceed smoothly.

The result is a transformed outdoor environment complete with a garage, pool, and extended parking area. Every element balances historic character with modern living, creating a landscape that feels fully established and effortlessly integrated into the property.
