We transformed the outdoor environment for this condominium and townhouse development in Grimsby into a welcoming, thoughtful landscape that encourages residents to connect, relax, and enjoy daily life. The site integrates seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape, enhancing both the pedestrian experience and the broader community feel.

Every detail was designed with residents in mind, from the rhythm of pavers underfoot to custom entry features and a shaded seating area nestled in lush plantings. These elements create spaces for pause, neighbourly connection, and everyday enjoyment.

The result is an enduring outdoor environment that reflects how people will experience and use the space every day, supporting connection, community, and comfort.
